• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  
• Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  

1. Contact customer service at candles@osceolafurze.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
   
2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.
   
3. Note: Damaged or defective items received upon delivery will be replaced or refunded promptly upon providing photos of the damage.
   

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
